Information we collect

When you make an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide: company and contact names, email, phone or WhatsApp details where entered, company website, buyer and project information, product specifications, quantities, timing, destination, free-text requirements and uploaded files. We also generate an inquiry reference and maintain related communications.

The RFQ may capture the referring page and campaign information such as UTM parameters. Website hosting and anti-abuse services process technical information, such as IP-related identifiers, browser or device signals and request information, to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to respond to RFQs, evaluate hotel-linen requirements, review specifications, prepare quotations and discuss projects. We also use it to deliver inquiry notifications and acknowledgements, follow up on delivery failures, operate the website, prevent abuse and maintain reasonable business, security and legal records.

Submitting an RFQ does not subscribe you to marketing. Operational inquiry emails are part of handling your request. Where applicable law requires a basis for processing, the relevant basis depends on the purpose, including responding to a requested business inquiry, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations or consent where required.

Uploaded specifications and reference files

You may upload files to explain your project. We handle these as private RFQ materials, rather than public website content. Please provide only materials you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information. Files may contain information about other people, so consider whether that information is needed before uploading.

Service providers and sharing

We use Railway for website and application hosting; Supabase for the RFQ database, private file storage and backend data services; Resend for transactional inquiry notifications and acknowledgements; and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention. Relevant information is processed by these services to perform those functions.

Information may also be handled by personnel responsible for your inquiry and disclosed where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or address security incidents and disputes. Notification content and delivery state may be retained to support reliable communication.

Browser storage and anti-abuse technology

Necessary browser storage supports the inquiry experience. After a successful RFQ, session storage temporarily carries your reference to the confirmation page, where it is read and removed. Cloudflare Turnstile uses anti-abuse technology and may process browser or device information; relevant cookies or storage may depend on how those services operate.

This website currently has no marketing analytics or advertising pixels installed. Campaign information supplied with an inquiry is used as described above. We will update this information if our use of these technologies changes.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry and project follow-up, legitimate business records, security and abuse prevention, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Relevant considerations include the nature of the inquiry, an ongoing business relationship and backup lifecycles. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it is subject to deletion or anonymization, taking account of applicable obligations and backup processes.

International processing

Our service providers may process or store information in jurisdictions different from your location. The locations and requirements relevant to processing can vary by service. You may contact us with questions about the processing of information associated with your inquiry.

Security

We use access restrictions, private file handling and anti-abuse measures to protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending information beyond what is needed for your business request.

Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a competent authority. This is a B2B hospitality procurement website intended for business users and not directed to children.
