Review the sample under the venue's lighting, together with the proposed tablecloth and tableware. Try the intended fold. Examine corners, hems and embroidery on both sides. Matching color names do not establish a visual match between different fabrics; photographs and screen colors are references rather than final color approvals.
What should you agree before a laundry trial?
Confirm the selected fabric's care instructions with the supplier and the actual process with the laundry operator. Agree what to measure before and after the trial, including dimensions, appearance, color and finishing. Do not assume a universal temperature, shrinkage allowance, number of cycles or acceptance threshold. Record the agreed method and results before making a performance claim.
How do you record approval clearly?
Identify the sample version and record the agreed specification, unresolved items and approval date. If a material or construction changes, review whether a new sample is needed. Agree acceptable tolerances and how the bulk order will be checked before approval; this guide does not prescribe a universal inspection standard.
What should you send with an inquiry?
Share the dining application, material direction, size, color, finish, branding requirements, quantity, destination and timing. If you have an existing sample, explain which characteristics you want to retain or change.
