A clear specification provides the reference for quality review. Material direction, construction, dimensions, finishing, approved samples and packing requirements should be agreed for the selected product. ZIHUI coordinates checks through specification review, material review, sample confirmation, in-process checks, final inspection and packing review.

Before sample confirmation
Before sample confirmation, include the following in your brief:
- Product type and intended hotel or dining application.
- Required dimensions and construction details.
- Material and color requirements, with references where available.
- Edge finish, embroidery or approved artwork requirements.
- Quantity, destination, required timing and packing needs.
- Any test, inspection or certification requirement that needs separate confirmation.
