Product overview

A brief built around the way your property operates.

A bedding set contains different textile products with different jobs. Sheets coordinate with the mattress, covers with the duvet insert, and cases with the pillow. Specify them separately before confirming a shared appearance.

Guest rooms

Organize sheet, cover and case requirements by bed type and room inventory.

Suites

Record any differences in bed dimensions, pillow combinations and presentation.

Hospitality projects

Build an item-by-item schedule for new openings, refurbishment or replacement programs.

01 / Specification planning

Hotel Sheets

Define the finished sheet and how it should sit on the bed. A mattress size alone does not describe a flat sheet’s tuck or a fitted sheet’s depth.

Finished dimensions & mattress
Provide the required finished length and width. For fitted or mattress-related requirements, include mattress length, width and depth, plus the intended fit or tuck.
Material & fabric
State the required material composition, weave and thread-count requirement if specified. These are buyer inputs, not a universal ZIHUI standard.
Color & construction
Specify color, flat or fitted direction, hem and edge treatment. Include a drawing or reference if the construction needs clarification.
Branding & supply brief
Identify any branding requirement and its placement. List quantity by size, destination and project timing.

02 / Specification planning

Hotel Duvet Covers

A duvet cover is the removable textile cover around a filled duvet. Confirm the insert relationship and opening before reviewing the finished bed presentation.

Finished dimensions & insert
Provide cover dimensions and the corresponding duvet insert dimensions. Make clear whether inserts are existing items or part of the same inquiry.
Material, weave & color
State composition, weave, thread-count requirement and color. Coordinate with sheets while retaining a separate specification for the cover.
Opening & edge construction
Describe the opening position, closure requirement and edge treatment. Requested details are reviewed for feasibility and sample confirmation.
Embroidery & project details
Include branding placement and dimensions where required, plus quantity by size, destination and timing. Use only artwork you are authorized to supply.

03 / Specification planning

Hotel Pillowcases

The pillowcase must coordinate with the insert and the intended presentation. Finished dimensions and opening construction matter as much as the shared fabric direction.

Finished size & pillow insert
State finished case dimensions and the pillow insert it needs to accommodate. Identify any different pillow sizes used within one room.
Fabric & color
Provide the material composition, weave, thread-count requirement and color. Confirm whether the case should match the sheet or cover specification.
Opening & decorative edges
Describe the opening construction. If a flange, piping or other edge detail is requested, provide its dimensions or reference for feasibility review; availability is not assumed.
Branding & quantities
Specify embroidery or branding placement if required. Separate quantities by size and design, and include destination and project timing.

Size & product coordination

Record the bed, then the individual textiles.

Use a room-type schedule linking each mattress to sheets, duvet inserts to covers and pillow inserts to cases. Keep finished textile dimensions separate from mattress or insert dimensions so fit can be reviewed before sampling.

Customization

Specify the detail before the sample.

Discuss color, hems, openings, edge details and authorized embroidery artwork as a coordinated brief. Construction choices and combinations are reviewed with the material and sample; a reference image is not a guarantee of every option.

What buyers need to specify

Make your inquiry ready for review.

Separate requirements by item and room or application. If a decision is still open, identify it for discussion rather than treating a photograph as the specification.

Hotel Bedding FAQ

Before you finalize your specification.

Does hotel bedding include the filled duvet?+

This page covers sheets, removable duvet covers and pillowcases. Filled duvets and pillows have separate product pages and should be listed separately in an inquiry.

Is there a standard thread count or finished size?+

The specification is reviewed against the project. Supply your thread-count and size requirements where defined; customer-specific values are not treated as universal standards.

Can we request a particular closure or pillowcase edge?+

Yes. Include the construction and dimensions for review. Feasibility and final details need confirmation with the selected fabric and sample.
