Plan by dining setting
Use the service format to prepare a coordinated specification, then check dimensions and samples before ordering.
Record each table format, desired drop and quantity. Review repeat layouts and supporting chair or cocktail-table linen.
Measure tables and drop →For round-table service, check the table diameter, any Lazy Susan clearance and the napkin presentation alongside the tableware.
Prepare the size brief →Review the place setting, napkin fold, fabric handle and color under the actual dining-room lighting.
Check and approve samples →Materials & fabric options
Fabric selection can be developed according to the application, table style, aesthetic requirement and project specification. Availability and suitability are reviewed by product rather than assumed across every item.
Procurement planning
Compare purchase, laundry, replacement and disposal costs over the same operating period. Use your own records and the same service requirements; a lower unit price alone does not establish a lower operating cost.
Record quantity, unit price and applicable delivery or customization charges. Separate initial stock from later replacement purchases.
Use actual laundry charges or consistently allocated in-house costs, including finishing. Keep the currency, period and measurement basis the same for each option.
Record actual replacement purchases and disposal charges. Do not count replacement purchases twice or assume a fixed fabric lifespan. Track the reasons for removal, such as loss, damage or presentation standards.
For a consistently defined period and stock basis, divide the included costs by recorded uses. State how remaining usable stock is treated. If usage or cost data is missing, leave the result unknown rather than estimating a saving.
Agree a sample and laundry trial before making performance assumptions →
Design & customization
Historical product development supports a broad range of design and construction directions. Final combinations are reviewed against the selected product and application.

Tablecloth spotlight
Standard and project-specific sizes can be developed based on table diameter, length, width, height, desired drop and project design.
A rigid universal size table is not used because the finished specification depends on the furniture and desired presentation.
Banquet seating
A dedicated category for banquet chair covers, placed after banquet and conference table linen and before napkins. Confirm the chair shape, color and design against the project requirements.

Napkin spotlight
Napkin development can consider material, color, texture, size, edge finish and embroidery or logo requirements for restaurant dining, banquets, bars and cocktail service.
